The VCWMA needs your support! If your organization would like to support the WMA, please consider signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), as MOUs illustrate area support for our organization. The VCWMA has 2 versions of the MOU available, a standard version and one specifically tailored to better suit the needs of government agencies.  If your organization would like to show its support for the VCWMA, please print two copies of the appropriate MOU signature page, sign where indicated, and mail to Henry Gonzalez, Ag Commissioner at the address shown on the signature page.  A copy endorsed by the Ag Commissioner will then be returned to you for your records.

VCWMA members direct the activities of the Weed Management Area by giving input during meetings and other discussions. VCWMA members benefit by association with a multi-agency coalition. Those benefits include participation in noxious weed management projects, increased grant funding competitiveness, increased access to subject experts, and increased access to weed management resources.

*Agencies, municipalities, organizations, businesses, farmers, ranchers, naturalists, and environmentalists who are interested in noxious weed management in Ventura County are invited to become members by signing the VCWMA's Standard Memorandum of Understanding or the Government Agency Memorandum of Understanding.
